The reassurance that the first week will be slightly confusing but the staff has been through this with the other residents and the newbie catches on quickly.
The foods they like are made specifically for them to help ease the transition.
The only other thing needed info on is what items are supplied and what items must be purchased by the resident i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and body wash, etc
